Why we love this tea
This blend steeps a warm honey-gold in which pastel-pink rose petals dance gently. The aroma recalls freshly baked cinnamon rolls: floral chamomile and rose meet soft clouds of anise and fennel, rounded with a hint of aromatic cardamom. On the palate, the natural sweetness of liquorice and the light liquorice tone of anise play with the rounded, warm accent of cinnamon, while chamomile provides a velvety finish. A mild, comforting infusion that brings a smile to small and grown-up tea lovers alike.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
