Why we love this tea
Pitta No 1 brews a clear, light-amber cup with a soft violet sheen from blueberries. The aroma opens fresh: a forest breeze of birch and raspberry leaf meets the sweet perfume of rose and mallow blossoms. On the palate, gentle honey notes of liquorice meld with fruity blueberries, while dandelion leaf and a subtle hoppy edge deliver a refreshing, dry finish. This harmony of coolness and mild sweetness lets heat and restlessness melt away.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
