Why we love this tea
This blend pours a clear, light-amber cup where sky-blue cornflower petals float like summer blossom. The aroma opens sparkling with lemongrass and fresh mint, after which a hint of honey-sweet liquorice appears. On the palate, the cooling accents of peppermint merge with subtly fruity strawberry leaf, rounded off by a smooth, gentle sweetness. The result is a layered yet airy infusion that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, tempers fiery Pitta energy and delivers a blissful, cooling calm.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
