Why we love this tea

This blend brews a soft ruby-red thanks to hibiscus and rosehip, with golden sparkles from apple pieces. A fresh citrus breeze of lemon verbena and orange peel rises first, after which floral lavender and linden blossom unfold; hyssop, dill tops and a subtle anise accent from fennel seed add spicy depth. On the palate, fruity tang and gentle sweetness flow together into a rounded, soft finish that, according to Ayurvedic teachings, hydrates cool-dry Vata energy and restores balance.

Infusion ritual

  • Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
  • Water : Pour the hot water (90-95 °C) over the herbs
  • Time : Steep gently for 8 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
  • Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
