Why we love this tea
Vata No 2 brews a deep amber hue in which bright blue cornflower petals gently drift. The aroma opens creamy-sweet with anise and soft cinnamon, followed by the spicy tingle of ginger and a hint of nutty coriander. The first sip brings warming spices into perfect harmony with the rounded, natural sweetness of liquorice – a snug glow that flows from mouth to belly and, according to Ayurvedic wisdom, soothes cool, airy Vata energy.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 10 - 12 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.

Maison Tisane is all about carefree sipping. Still, even the purest herb can need a little extra attention. Below you’ll find a brief heads-up for each ingredient. Taking medication, pregnant or breastfeeding? Always check with your healthcare professional first, so tea time stays the best time.
