Balance in a cup of tea begins with the right amount. This stainless steel tea spoon by Royal Tea is sized for one cup of loose tea and helps you measure intuitively, without using too much or too little. This gives the tea space to fully develop its aroma and flavour.
For light teas and herbal blends, use a full spoon. For heavier varieties such as rooibos, a level spoon is sufficient. When brewing a pot of tea, simply use one spoon per 250 ml. Loose tea may need a little more time than a tea bag, but that patience is reflected in every sip.
