Shipping policy

At Maison Tisane, we believe tea tastes best when it’s freshly prepared. Because we are a young, artisanal company with no staff, we blend all our teas exclusively to order. This means you always receive a product that has just been composed – you can’t get it any fresher.

Please allow up to 4 business days for production before shipment. As soon as your order has been blended and packed, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace. All shipments are handled by DHL. At this time, we only deliver within the Netherlands and Germany.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed in your shopping cart before you check out. Orders above the minimum amount qualify for free shipping:

• Netherlands: € 6.45 shipping — free for orders over € 65
• Germany: € 11.50 shipping — free for orders over € 120

Although we do our utmost to deliver within the stated timeframe, exceptional circumstances (public holidays, unexpected carrier delays) can cause delays. Should this happen, we will proactively keep you informed.
