4. Exchange
Want something else? Return your item first, then place a new order for the product you prefer.
5. Damaged or wrong products
Oops! Email us within 48 hours with clear photos. We’ll send a new product free of charge
or refund your full amount (incl. shipping if it concerns the whole order).
6. Refunds
We refund your purchase — and any standard shipping costs — within 14 days of your notice,
once we’ve received the item or your proof of shipment. The refund is made via the same
payment method (unless you choose otherwise). If the item’s value has decreased, we’ll deduct
that amount and show it clearly on the credit note.
7. Return exceptions
Non-returnable (see article 10 of our general terms):
- Items unfit for return for health / hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Digital gift cards or vouchers.
- Flash-sale or “promo” items with limited shelf life, as clearly stated in the offer.
