Product line Discovery
A refined white tea from Fujian, prized for its light, floral character and subtle sweetness. Bai Mu Dan, also known as “White Peony”, combines young tea buds with the first leaves, producing a clear, softly golden infusion with notes of wild flowers, honey, and a hint of ripe fruit.
Thanks to minimal processing, the tea leaf’s natural character stays completely intact. After plucking, the tea is only withered and carefully dried, preserving its fresh softness and delicate aromas.

The Silence of the White Peony
Bai Mu Dan means “White Peony”, a name that reflects both the appearance of the dried leaf and the tea’s character: young, open, and elegant — understated, yet full of nuance.
For Bai Mu Dan, one bud and the first two leaves are harvested in early spring. Unlike many other teas, the leaf undergoes minimal processing: no rolling, no firing, only slow withering and careful drying. This preserves the leaf’s natural structure and expression.
In the cup, Bai Mu Dan is clear and gentle. Floral notes, soft sweetness, and a hint of ripe fruit come together in a calm, open infusion. This is a tea that does not direct, but allows — an expression of spring, simplicity, and attention.
