Product line Expression
A rare Chinese yellow tea with a warm, layered character. Yellow Dragon brings together the freshness of green tea with the rounded depth of light oxidation. In the cup, notes of cocoa, gentle spice, and ripe yellow fruit unfold.
What sets Yellow Dragon apart is its unique “yellowing” step. After a brief heating, the leaves rest in a humid environment, softening sharp green notes and making room for warmth and complexity.

The Secret of Yellow Tea
Yellow tea is among the rarest tea categories in the world. For centuries, it was produced almost exclusively for the imperial court, where restraint and balance were valued above sheer intensity.
Yellow Dragon owes its character to the distinctive yellowing process. After brief heating, the leaves rest in a warm, lightly humid environment. During this stage, the leaf slowly “breathes”: sharp green notes soften, bitterness recedes, and depth and roundness emerge.
The name Yellow Dragon reflects this tension. In Chinese culture, the dragon symbolizes power and movement, while yellow represents balance and the center. In the cup, these forces meet in a tea that never asserts itself — warm, layered, and calm. A tea that does not rush, but holds its ground.
