Why we love this tea

This blend opens bright and gently spiced: lemon balm and coriander leaf lend a fresh, citrus-green note, while fennel seed and cardamom unfold a soft, comforting warmth. Amid the blue cornflowers glows a hint of chili - just enough to awaken, never to burn. On the palate, cool and warm, fresh and fiery meet in graceful balance. The result is a vibrant yet serene infusion - a cup that kindles energy while keeping the mind clear.

Infusion ritual

Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
