This blend brews a clear gold cup with a sunny glow. The aroma opens softly floral with chamomile, while fresh, lightly citrus notes from cardamom pods rise and fennel seed lends a subtly sweet-herbaceous undertone. On the palate, honey-like chamomile and gently aromatic cardamom melt into a rounded warmth, finished by the soft anise of fennel seed. Infusion ritual

• Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
• Water : Pour the hot water (90-95 °C) over the herbs
• Time : Steep gently for 8 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
• Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
