Why we love this tea
This artisanal blend brews into a clear golden cup with a sunny glow. The aroma opens softly floral with chamomile, a herb cherished in European traditions for its gentle character. Fresh, lightly citrus notes of cardamom rise to add an exotic brightness, while fennel seed contributes a subtly sweet-spicy undertone, long familiar in Mediterranean kitchens and tea rituals. On the palate, honey-like chamomile and gently piquant cardamom melt into rounded warmth, finished with the soft anise accent of fennel seed. The result is a minimalist composition where simplicity and refinement meet - a moment of harmony in your cup.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90-95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 8 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
