Why we love this tea

This blend brews into a clear green-golden cup that radiates warmth. The aroma opens bright with the citrus notes of lemon verbena, followed by the honey-sweet presence of elderflower and linden blossom. In European herbal traditions, these blossoms were cherished in soothing winter infusions. Echinacea root and dandelion leaf bring earthy depth, rounding out the composition. On the palate, lively citrus and floral softness mingle, finished with a gentle herbal note. The result is a balanced blend that reflects age-old rituals of comfort and care through the colder seasons.

Infusion ritual

• Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
• Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
• Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
• Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
