Why we love this tea

Pitta No 1 brews a clear, light-amber cup with a soft violet sheen from blueberries. The aroma opens fresh and cooling: a forest breeze of birch and raspberry leaf meets the floral perfume of rose and mallow blossoms. On the palate, fruity blueberries and the gentle green of dandelion leaf create a soothing balance, while yarrow and a subtle hoppy edge provide a light, dry finish. Inspired by Ayurvedic tradition, this blend is attuned to cooling and harmonising Pitta.

Infusion ritual

Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
Water : Pour the hot water (85 °C) over the herbs
Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
