Why we love this tea
A gently spiced, lightly floral blend with a soft bitterness and refined depth. Lavender and rose bring floral softness, while passionflower and hawthorn create a smooth, rounded base. Subtle herbal notes of yarrow and feverfew add character, complemented by a fresh green nuance from blackcurrant leaf. Layered, soft, and delicately spiced. In European herbal traditions, feverfew has long been associated with the head, especially in moments of sensory overload. Lavender, hawthorn, and passionflower are also traditionally used in rituals of calm and softening. Ginkgo biloba, with its roots in Eastern traditions, is often linked to clarity and awareness. This blend is traditionally enjoyed when the mind calls for ease — a gentle invitation to calm in the afternoon or evening.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 9 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
