Why we love this tea
A fresh, gently herbal blend with a soft green clarity. Birch leaf and nettle create a pure, earthy base, while citrus peel and linden blossom add a light freshness. Honeybush brings a mild, honey-like roundness. Clean, soft, and refreshing in taste. In European herbal traditions, birch leaf, goldenrod, and dandelion leaf have long been used in spring infusions associated with renewal and natural flow. Corn silk and cleavers are also traditionally included in rituals related to fluid balance. This blend is seen as a gentle support for natural movement — an invitation to lightness and clarity in everyday rhythm.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 8 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
