Why we love this tea
A light, floral blend with a soft, refreshing undertone. Chamomile and linden blossom bring a gentle honeyed roundness, while lemon verbena adds a bright citrus lift. Mallow leaf and cornflower create a smooth, almost cooling texture, supported by rose and marigold. Soft, clear, and refined in taste. In European herbal traditions, eyebright has long been used in rituals after visual effort or prolonged focus. Chamomile, rose, and linden blossom are similarly associated with soothing and restoring sensory balance. From an Ayurvedic perspective, this blend aligns with calming Pitta and softening Vata — a gentle invitation to ease the gaze after a day of visual intensity.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 8 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
