Awaken with the warmth of herbs in an infusion that helps balance the Kapha dosha. Ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper ignite gentle inner warmth, lifting heaviness, while orange peel and linden blossom bring brightness and clarity. Nettle and rosemary purify and refresh, completed by the subtle spice of dill tops. A composition that, in the Ayurvedic tradition, kindles light energy and focus while keeping the mind calm.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 9 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.

- Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum): A warm hug in your mug. Cassia contains coumarin; moderate if you have a sensitive liver.
