Why we love this tea
A gently spiced, earthy blend with a fresh, green undertone. Nettle and blackcurrant leaf create a vibrant base, while ginger and cinnamon add a subtle warmth. Turmeric and willow bark bring depth, softened by floral notes of rose and marigold. Full, rounded, and well balanced. In European herbal traditions, nettle, willow bark, and yarrow have long been used in infusions associated with movement and physical exertion. Ginger and turmeric also carry a long history in Eastern traditions, where they are valued in daily rituals of balance and flow. This combination is traditionally enjoyed during moments of activity and recovery — an invitation to gentle ease and fluid movement throughout the day.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (100 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 10 - 12 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
