Why we love this tea
This blend pours a clear, light amber cup where delicate rosebuds drift like summer blossoms at rest. Its aroma opens bright and fresh with lemongrass and mint, followed by the pure, herbal depth of tulsi - the sacred basil. On the palate, a cool harmony unfolds: peppermint and mint intertwine with the subtly fruity note of strawberry leaf, softened by a gentle floral touch of rose. The result is a layered yet airy infusion that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, soothes the fiery Pitta energy - inviting cooling calm, clarity, and balance.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (85-90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
