Why we love this tea
This blend brews into a bright golden-green cup, lit by the sunny orange spark of marigold petals. A fresh herbal cloud of sage and tulsi rises first, gently rounded by the soft sweetness of linden blossom and chamomile. On the palate, earthy, lightly roasted chicory root merges with the green character of nettle and a floral touch. For centuries, nettle and chicory have held a place in European herbal traditions, often featured in light spring infusions that symbolised renewal and cleansing. Marigold and tulsi add softness and depth, drawing from both Western and Eastern heritage. The result is a clear and invigorating composition - an invitation to embrace freshness, balance, and a new beginning.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
