Why we love this tea
A soft, gently sweet and fresh blend with floral and fruity nuances. Rooibos and apple create a smooth, mild base, while lemon balm and lemon verbena bring a clear freshness. Chamomile and rose add floral softness, supported by fennel and raspberry leaf. Light, comforting, and harmonious in taste. In European herbal traditions, lady’s mantle, raspberry leaf, and red clover have long been part of rituals connected to female life stages. Oat straw and chamomile are also traditionally valued during periods of change and growth. This blend is rooted in traditions surrounding the transition from girlhood into womanhood — an invitation to softness and trust in one’s own rhythm, especially during moments of change and development.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 9 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
