Why we love this tea

This blend pours a clear golden-yellow cup in which pastel-pink rose petals and sunny marigold petals float. The aroma opens with a floral cloud of elder and linden blossom, rinsed by fresh peppermint and a touch of aromatic lavender. On the palate, the gentle honey accent of chamomile and fennel seed mingles with the green, lightly nutty character of raspberry and dandelion leaf; yarrow adds a subtle, earthy dryness, while coriander leaf and citrus notes provide a lively, clean finish. A refreshing infusion that brightens the senses and invites the inner balance to seek a little less ‘acid’.

Infusion ritual

• Dosage : 1–2 teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2 g per 250 ml)
• Water : Pour the hot water (90 °C) over the herbs
• Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
• Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
