Why we love this tea

A soft, gently herbal blend with floral and fresh accents. Hibiscus and rose bring a subtle fruity and floral note, while lemon balm and linden blossom add a clear softness. Fennel and raspberry leaf create a rounded, lightly sweet undertone, supported by the earthy nuance of oat straw. Elegant, smooth, and balanced in taste. In European herbal traditions, lady’s mantle, raspberry leaf, and red clover have long been part of rituals connected to the female rhythm. Oat straw and linden blossom are also traditionally valued in moments of rest and regularity. Wild yam and tulsi stem from broader herbal traditions where balance is central. This combination is rooted in traditions surrounding the feminine rhythm — an invitation to attunement and awareness in every phase of the cycle.

Infusion ritual

  • Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
  • Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
  • Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
  • Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
