Why we love this tea
This blend brews into a warm amber-red cup where turmeric flakes and delicate blossoms drift gracefully. The aroma opens fresh and spicy with tulsi and ginger, followed by the honey-like sweetness of elderflower and the rounded touch of rooibos. On the palate, soft spices mingle with the mild sweetness of licorice. In European herbal tradition, thyme and marshmallow root were often used in soothing infusions, while nettle and elder featured in many springtime rituals. A hint of ginkgo lends the blend a bright, clear finish - perfect for facing the spring days with comfort and ease.
Infusion ritual
- Dosage : 1-3 heaping teaspoons of loose herbs per cup (2-3 grams per 250 ml)
- Water : Pour the hot water (95 °C) over the herbs
- Time : Steep gently for 7 - 10 minutes, letting the herbs dance freely in the cup
- Tip : Cover the cup or teapot during infusion — this way, the volatile essential oils and the warmth are preserved.
